WintherStormer - concert 2012/08/04

WintherStormer performed at the "GøyAlen" festival deep in the forest outside Larvik in the southern part of Norway on August 4th, 2012.

The "Alen" festival is an annual event with a new theme every year, and always in a very remote location with only more or less extreme bands performing. This year´s theme was "Gøyalen" (the funny one). This year´s festival was so remote into the forest, that all equipment had to be carried in by hand, and the power was from a diesel aggregate and long, long power lines. There was a proper stage though, but everything else was build from scratch just for the festival. Only Atle Pakusch Gundersen and Terje Winther performed, and there was intermittent power problems, and the digital recorder was unable to handle the moisture that build up through the night, so it stopped in the middle of the performance, forcing the band to stop for a while. So there are no recordings of this concert, only this very short snippet taken from a mobile:

The festival had a good audience, and the weather was fine (always a good thing for an outdoor festival).
